SMARTtrainingPROGRAM: Training trainers for the Biotech tropicana Systems.

The SMARTtrainingPROGRAM is designed to train trainers for the Biotech tropicana Systems. The Program is opened only to members of the Biotech tropicana Systems and closed to non members.

The program focused on Biotechnology and allied technologies.

LEVEL I: ELEMENTARY

Requirements: 1 to 11 years of basic education.

LEVEL II: SECONDARY

Requirements: 1 to 4 years of higher education or the equivalent of a BS.

LEVEL III: TERTIARY

Requirements: 1 to 5 years of Graduate level of higher education or the equivalent of a PhD.

LEVEL IV: QUATERNARY

Requirements: A Post Doctarate or equivalent training.

Will follow a Biotech tropicana Systems training program to become a program supervisor.

LEVEL V: SPECIAL TRAINER I

Requirements: Demonstrate professor level experience.

DO NOT require training. May contribute in the capacity of consultant or advisor. Must be approved  by the Board of Administration.

LEVEL VI:SPECIAL TRAINER II

Requirements:Retired professionals.

DO NOT require training.May contribute in the capacity of consultant, Advisor, or Member of the Board of Trustee. Must be approved by the Board of Administration.

NOTE: This tentative training program is under incubation and may be changed anytime for improvements.
