Re: Information Sheet
What Is Biotechnology Development Society
Biotechnology Development Society is a data exchange platform between the private sector, the academics, and other biotechnology focused institutions, for the advancement of biotechnology in developing countries.
The Biotechnology Development Society was initiated by the founders of the Biotech tropicana Systems, Aboubakar YARI, Myra YARI, and Venus YARI for donation to the resource poor communities of developing countries to promote the advancement of biotechnology in developing countries.
As of the date of this letter, the Biotechnology Development Society program is at development phase 2 in the Biotech tropicana incubator System.
- completion of the incubation process, the founders of the Biotech tropicana Systems and initiators of the Biotechnology Development Society will officially donate the Biotechnology Development Society to its registered members at a mandatory and documented donation ceremony. Management authority will then be conferred to a Board of Administration elected by registered members of the Biotechnology Development Society.
NOTE:
- Source of confusion:
The Biotechnology Development Society, shall not be confused with the Biotech tropicana Systems. The –system- and the –society- are two different institutions designed to have to have no affiliation.
- Biotech tropicana Systems
Are a private for profit biotech corporation owned and operated by the founders, Aboubakar YARI, Myra YARI, and Venus YARI.
- Biotechnology Development Society
Is a private not for profit biotechnology development platform owned and operated by its registered members. The Biotechnology Development Society was initiated by the founders of the Biotech tropicana Systems and donated to its registered members. Once donated the Biotechnology Development Society becomes a property of its registered members and NOT a property of the Biotech tropicana Systems.
Sincerely
The Team
