For commercial purpose, languages retained in the Language Pool are assigned a higher priority in the language capacity development program of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

Priority assignment is based is the commercial interest criteria of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

Exclusion of a language from the pool does not meet that the excluded language is not a “good” language.

A language retained in the pool may be excluded if its priority score declined based on eligibility criteria  guided by commercial interests of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

A language not previously retained may be included in the pool if its priority score increased to meet the standard based on eligibility criteria  guided by commercial interests of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

But the commercial interests all languages are of “equal” value in the Biotech tropicana Systems.

Exception:

SALAC: the SMART African Language Commons is the OFFICIAL LANGUAGE of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

SALAC is a proprietary language owned and operated by the Biotech tropicana Systems.

SALAC is a “Made in the Biotech tropicana Systems” processed product.

SALAC has been engineered by Aboubakar YARI & Venus YARI using original African languages as raw materials.

African language eligibility criteria for inclusion in the SALAC design principles in the innovation process was previously discussed. [1]

As part of its contribution to the advancement of sciences, design principles of SALAC will be released for the scientific community on the date of expiration of the patent on SALAC.

SALAC^® is  a trademark of the Biotech tropicana Systemson the SALAC process product.

SALAC- SALAC^® is  a trademark of the Biotech tropicana Systems, on the SALAC TRANSLATOR process product.

NOTE:

SALAC is proprietary language of the Biotech tropicana Systems protected by copyrights, trademark, and patent laws.

The owners of SALAC will prosecute any violation of any of the protection laws by anyone to the full extent.

DEMO versions of SALAC has been released to demonstrate the benefits of the language.

DEMO versions may be used by non owners for educational purpose but not for commercial purpose provided that they credit the authors and owners in reference.

All Biotechnology students must demonstrate their ability to understand and explain the scientific basis of intellectual property laws to avoid violating the intellectual property rights of other innovators and inventors and to protect their own intellectual property rights.
